update 7 August 2020
We are currently working in the Beecroft office and can see clients in the CBD and Mona Vale as well. We continue to be available by video conferencing.
We still need to abide by both the 1.5m social distancing rule and the 1 person per 4m2 rule.
This means that we can now only accommodate 2 people in our meeting room.
Measures are in place to modify practices to see couples, including the use of video conferencing and witnessing wills through the glass partition. Hand sanitiser is readily available and high touch surfaces are wiped regularly.
Arrangements can be made for persons in aged care facilities and hospitals for urgent documents and depending on circumstances. We note that face to face appointments in these settings are not possible at present.
Please postpone your appointment if:
- You have been in Victoria in the past 14 days
- You have been tested for COVID 19 but yet to receive your results
- You have any symptoms including sore throat, cough, high temperature, tiredness/fatigue, shortness of breath
- you have tested positive to COVID 19
Now is as good a time as any to make sure your Estate Planning needs are in order. For those who have lost a loved one, we are able to assist with filing for probate or letters of administration despite the current situation. New proceedings are also able to be commenced.
Court services are also gradually returning to face to face methods, again with social distancing measures in place.
